Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your package weight, size, and delivery location. We use real-time carrier rates to ensure you receive the most accurate and fair shipping price for your order.

How long does delivery take?

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your COCOLOND goodies every step of the way.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to support@cocolondsoapery.com and we will contact the shipping company.

How are the soaps packaged?

Each bar is carefully wrapped and cushioned in a padded mailer to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but I don’t have it?

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Still need help? Contact us at support@cocolondsoapery.com and we’ll gladly assist.

Can I still change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best! Please contact us at support@cocolondsoapery.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, COCOLOND Soapery ships within the United States only. Stay tuned — we hope to expand in the future!
